Mobility

A young woman playing with a relaxed dog on foam puzzle mats.

Mobility sessions focus on improving your dogs movement, comfort and overall physical function through a combination of hands on techniques and targeted exercises. These sessions may include gentle stretching, massage and guided movements designed to support joints, muscles and range of motion. Each session is tailored to your dog, helping them move more freely while reducing stiffness, tension and discomfort.

Every Mobility Session begins with an understanding of your dog's individual needs, lifestyle and any existing conditions. We use a calm, patient approach to build trust while working at your dog's pace, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout. Exercises and techniques are adapted as your dog progresses, helping to gradually improve strength, coordination and confidence both in sessions and at home.
